Toby Hall, Managing Director

Toby Hall is the founder and managing director of gth Media Relations. During the past fifteen years, he has advised some 125 early stage businesses on their UK, US and European media profile builds. In 2000, the valuation of gth’s client roster topped the £1.25 billion mark. Since 2002, Toby Hall has been responsible for extending the agency into the public markets arena both in the US and Europe, the agency retaining a strong interest in the online and new media arena.

Desdemona Vaughan-Arbuckle, Director gth IR

Desdemona Vaughan-Arbuckle is the Managing Director of gth IR. She has been working within the small cap markets since 1990 as a consultant supporting businesses in their marketing, investor relations and fund raising efforts. Sectors covered in this period included property, leisure, technology and financial services.  Funds raised by companies whilst Desdemona was working with them included UK private placements, rights issues, open offers and US private placements.  During this time she also worked at the Quoted Companies Alliance (then CISCO), a not for profit organisation dedicated to fighting for the interests of smaller quoted companies. For a two year period she arranged events targeting both Governmental and London Stock Exchange decision makers and key financial service providers to the small cap company sector. She now provides investor relations and corporate marketing expertise for quoted and pre-IPO companies.

Christian Pickel

A German national, Christian is a post graduate of the European Business School, London. Having previously worked at The Maitland Consultancy in London and its AMO co-operation network partner Hering Schuppener in Frankfurt, Germany, Christian joined gth in 2007 and oversees the agency’s European facing activity.

Brooke Paul

A US citizen, Brooke obtained her MSc from London School of Economics having originally graduated from Georgetown University, Washington. Having been an editor of a trade magazine for three years whilst living in Japan, Brooke joined gth in 2008. Brooke is responsible for overseeing the US facing activity and copy-writing in gth's London office.

Patrick Baker

Patrick Baker has been the book keeper and credit controller at gth for the past six years.
